Sara Bucheeri

Bringing to the role over 10 years of HR experience, Ms. Sara joined GIG Takaful International Co. BSC (Bahrain) back in 2020, and is currently working in the capacity of Human Resources Manager. She holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Information System from the University of Bahrain (2008), Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (2013) and is currently a CIPD Associate holding Level 7 Certificate in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (2020). Ms. Bucheeri is a practiced HR professional with HR financial industry hands-on experience and knowledge in HR policies and Labor Law regulations, organizational development and design, resourcing and talent management, and performance management. Prior to joining Takaful, she worked for Ithmaar Bank B.S.C. (c) as an HR Assistant Manager, was actively volunteering for Injaz Bahrain and was a student of the Crown Prince Leadership Program.
